On 7/31/2015, at approximately 7:30 a.m., an employee in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) was helping a patient turn her body, so that the file film for x-ray preparation could be placed beneath the patient's body. The employee began to walk around the patient's bed when she tripped over IV tubing and fell to the floor. She sustained a right-leg femur bone fracture and bruised her face.

On 3/3/15, an employee slipped on ice in the parking lot and fell. The employee was immediately taken for medical treatment where X-rays showed a broken right arm or humerus.
