The employee lost consciousness and sustained chest bruising.

An employee was helping a coworker lower a cutting trough. The coworker attached a chain to the cutting trough and a shaker walkway overhang. The employee centered a forklift on the cutting trough and raised the forks up until they came into contact with the trough, to relieve any pressure from the saddle supports underneath. He un-pinned and removed one saddle support, then attempted to un-pin/remove the second support. He took his left hand and held the tubing and the slide portion of the sadd

The employee was treated for broken ribs and admitted to the hospital for additional treatment after reporting increased pain and difficulty breathing.

An employee was inspecting an air conditioning unit and its surrounding area for mosquito infestation. An air conditioner drain pipe about 2 inches in diameter and about 2 inches off the ground was on the walkway. As the employee went to step over the pipe, the toe of his right foot caught on the pipe. He fell over and hit the ground, fracturing his left shoulder and suffering a minor forehead contusion.

An employee was trying to release a work float that had become wedged under a waterside rescue ladder. The employee was standing on a walkway and used his left hand to try and release the work float. As the float released, the walkway came down and caught the employee's left hand between an angle and the walkway, which partially amputated the pinky finger. The employee was admitted to the hospital for surgery.
