On September 2, 2015, at 10:30 a.m., an employee was in an elevated man basket approximately 20 feet above ground, stapling the copper ground wire to a utility pole, when he received an electrical shock through his right shoulder and left hand. He was hospitalized. PPE equipment was not used at the time of the incident.
