Three employees were installing a no-hub band over a 12-inch cast iron 90-degree elbow and a stub that went to a roof drain. The no-hub band broke during installation, and they descended in a lift to get a new one. The elbow fell down on one of the employees from about 20 feet above. It struck his head, which caused him to fall and hit his head on the toe board of the scissor lift. The employee sustained injuries to the head, neck/spine, and shoulder. | |||||
