An employee was on an elevated stand in front of a suspended production line that moved chickens in front of her. The chickens were connected to the moving line by locking plastic shackles, and two of the shackles got caught together while they were moving on the line. The load was re-rigged with wire to allow the box to be completely set into place. One of the shackles was stuck and the injured employee was trying to get it to break free.
