| On July 21, 2015, at approximately 8:30 p.m., an employee was sweeping up sawdust and carrying a paint can at the ECG Crankshaft mill in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Conductors were sticking out of the metal conduit beneath a saw table at the time. The employee reached down to pick up the paint can, which then contacted the live conduit.
