An employee was operating a motorized pallet jack near the dock door. The employee had stopped the jack on the dock slope, then drove down the dock slope to turn around in the parking lot and go back up the dock. During the turn, the employee lost control of the motorized pallet jack and stepped off of it, planting the left foot on the pavement while continuing to hold onto the jack.
