An employee was driving a golf cart. When he attempted to turn right, the golf cart left the paved path and his right knee hit a trash can. He attempted to hit the brake, but instead stepped on the accelerator. The golf cart flipped on top of him and injured his back, requiring surgery.

An employee was raking a bunker (sand trap) with a mechanical rake (unit is ridden by the operator). There are three individual bunkers at the #11 Green, which are above a retaining wall approximately 90 feet high. The employee was riding the rake on the slope towards the retaining wall and felt the machine slipping. He disembarked from the rake on to the cart path below the wall and fell fracturing ribs on his left side.

The injured employee stated that he was okay, just tired. He was later hospitalized for a skull fracture and concussion.

On May 1, 2015 at approximately 11:00 AM two employees were riding in an off-road ATV along the Lechate levee pond when the driver hit a rut and lost control of the vehicle. This caused the vehicle to slide and flip, ejecting the driver into the path of the roll over. The driver sustained injuries to his jaw, collarbone, ribs and internal bruising to his liver. The passenger was not injured.

On 2-2-2015 at about 8:30 a.m., the injured employee was driving a baggage tractor, towing four empty dollies. A forklift was being driven forward with cargo; the operator could not see the travel path and collided with the tractor. The injured employee experienced internal injuries to the stomach from impact with the tractor wheel. The employee was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

He got out of the truck, and went to the back of the vehicle to close the gate mechanism. The truck began to roll backwards, and the employee ran to get back into the vehicle. The employee fell, landing in the path of the vehicle. The vehicle ran over the employee, causing multiple fractures on his right side and a cut to his calf.
