Three employees were emptying a full container of trash into an outside dumpster. As they were lifting the container over the edge of the dumpster, it came down and caught one employee's right hand against the dumpster's edge. The employee's middle and ring fingertips were amputated, including the nails.

An employee was positioning a steel beam to be welded. As the beam was being lifted to turn over, it got caught on rollers.
