On July 18, 2018, the injured employee was operating a stand-up commercial riding mower. At approximately 2:15 p.m. a skid steer driven by a second employee collided with the riding mower. The injured employee was knocked to the ground during the collision. Immediately after falling off the mower, the employee was run over by the skid steer causing multiple leg fractures and lacerations.
