An employee operating a tree trimming truck was trying to pull another tree trimming truck out of the mud. The employee got out of his truck to attach a winch to the stuck truck when they received an electrical shock from the truck, which was energized by powerlines they were trimming around. The employee suffered severe burns to their legs and arms.

An employee was replacing the shell body of a ride vehicle. He was maneuvering in-between the vehicle and the body to hook a sling to the body prior to lifting it onto the vehicle. He had one hand on the shell body and was stepping over the corner of the vehicle chassis. As he reached for the farthest hook-up point, the shell body shifted and he fell back. His lower left leg struck the shell body positioning pin, resulting in a laceration.

An employee was coming down in his basket after working on a light pole when a tree branch hit his up controller causing the bucket to jolt and throw him out of the bucket and onto the ground. The employee sustained broken ribs and a punctured lung as well as a fractured foot and leg.

An employee set up an aerial lift with two outriggers positioned on a road and the other two on an embankment. The employee raised the aerial lift approximately 45-50 feet high to prepare to trim a tree when the embankment gave way and caused one of the lift's legs to slide. The lift fell over and the employee landed on the ground outside of the basket, resulting in compression back fractures at the L1 and L4 vertebrae and damage to the L1, L3, and L4 vertebrae that required hospitalization. Four employees were assigned to replace two damaged glass panels that were on a large atrium in front of a residential high-rise. After replacing one glass panel, the injured employee went down for a break. After the break, the employee was repairing caulk on the replaced glass panel when they stepped into the opening of the second glass panel and fell approximately 21 feet 3 inches to the ground. The employee suffered severe injuries to their legs and hips and was hospitalized. Fall protection
