As he went to retrieve the insulation, it caught the wind and he was pulled off of the roof, falling approximately 30 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized with fractures to his wrists, two broken fingers, and cracked disks in his spinal column.

On May 10, 2018, at 5:40 p.m., several employees were attempting to remove a machine from a semi trailer. The machine was returned by a customer and had not been crated. The employees used a forklift and lifting straps to move the machine. The machine tipped, pinning one employee against the wall of the facility. The employee suffered a broken ankle and cracked rib, as well as a possible concussion.
