He fell forward and his left hip struck the concrete floor, resulting in a fractured hip.

While hooking up a crane, the crane rigger signaled the crane operator to slack off. The operator slacked off and one chain was removed. He suffered a laceration to the foot and two broken toes.

An employee was operating water-jetting equipment when it got plugged. He reported the issue and stepped back while another employee started troubleshooting. After steps were taken to continue working, the second employee restarted the equipment. The equipment stopped working again and quickly turned sideways under pressure. Pressurized water struck and penetrated the first employee's blast boot, piercing the skin on his right foot.

The employee was hospitalized.

On July 18, 2019, two employees were washing down ash in the economizer hopper. The water that was being applied struck a pocket of hot ash, causing it to flash. Ash and steam contacted one employee’s thighs and forearms, and entered his work boots, resulting in burns and hospitalization. The second employee sustained a minor burn to his arm requiring first aid.
