An employee was setting up a lane closure. A Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) was stationed in the roadway with the crash cushion in the downward position. An employee was drilling a hole in a wooden mat when the employee's right glove was grabbed by the countersink piece of the drill bit. The employee's right arm was then pulled by the moving drill bit, resulting in multiple fractures of the upper and lower right arm. |
