The injured employee was pulling up on the belt with his right hand and was using a screwdriver with his left hand to move the belt. The rotating shaft then reverse

The employee sustained subluxation and disruption of the spinolaminar ligament at C-7-T-1 and end plate compression fractures of T-7 through T-1.
