An employee was moving freight inside a truck when his pallet jack became stuck on a pallet. The employee tugged on the pallet jack to free it. When the pallet jack became free it began rolling toward the employee. He fell off the lift gate onto the parking lot, landing on his left elbow and side. He sustained a broken left arm.
