On February 9, 2021, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the injured employee was adjusting the hydraulic cylinder of the hold down roll. The arm of the hold down was resting on the coil mandrel. As the employee removed the pin of the hydraulic cylinder the arm rolled from the mandrel pinning him between the arm and the column. The employee sustained two fractured ribs and was hospitalized. | |||||
