On February 9, 2021, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the injured employee was adjusting the hydraulic cylinder of the hold down roll. The arm of the hold down was resting on the coil mandrel. As the employee removed the pin of the hydraulic cylinder the arm rolled from the mandrel pinning him between the arm and the column. The employee sustained two fractured ribs and was hospitalized.

On February 5, 2016, at approximately 12:30pm, an employee was injured while operating a full revolution mechanical power press. The employee was transferring can parts into a redraw die. Two fingers on his right hand became trapped between the can part and the working die as he removed the can part from the machine, resulting in a partial amputation of the middle and ring fingers.

On January 26, 2015, an employee was hospitalized after receiving a deep laceration and possible fracture to the right ankle. Employee slipped while pushing a metal safety cabinet down a roller conveyor line. The employee's foot was lodged between the conveyor and a turn table stretch wrapper.
