An employee slipped a separator over the end of the beam and was using a 10-ton overhead crane to lift the beam. As the employee was placing a wood block in place, the separator slipped off the end of the beam, and the beam fell onto the employee's left index finger. The fingertip was amputated.

On February 18, 2016, an employee attempted to clean the air filters on a plugged up industrial vacuum loader. He raised the motor section from the collection bin with the four built-in air bladders. The air bladders lost their pressure and the motor section dropped onto the employee's arm, pinching it between the motor section and the bin. His lower right arm broke.

On December 9, 2015, an employee was using a table saw to cut lumber. As he was making the cut, the board started to rise and kick back. He attempted to control the kickback by pushing down and forward into the saw. His hand was on the trailing end of the board as he pushed, and his right ring finger's first digit was amputated by the saw blade.

On February 27, 2015, an employee severely injured his finger while moving a 50-pound vise in the Rack Maintenance Area. The employee crushed the upper portion of the right pinky finger. Medical providers removed the untreatable portion of the finger between the first and second knuckle.
