| An employee was on an elevated stand in front of a suspended production line that moved chickens in front of her. The chickens were connected to the moving line by locking plastic shackles, and two of the shackles got caught together while they were moving on the line. When the employee moved to undo the shackles, she fell approximately 31 inches off the stand to the floor below, resulting in a fractured right leg. | |||||
