An employee was hanging a new drop to the mock house. She had already cut the old drop and was addressing the tap to connect the new drop to it. She shifted her weight and leaned to the left. When her weight shifted, the safety hook on the right side of her safety strap shifted and came off the D-ring. She fell approximately 18 feet from the ladder and landed on her right side, fracturing both arms.
