An employee was helping a coworker lower a cutting trough. The coworker attached a chain to the cutting trough and a shaker walkway overhang. The employee centered a forklift on the cutting trough and raised the forks up until they came into contact with the trough, to relieve any pressure from the saddle supports underneath. He un-pinned and removed one saddle support, then attempted to un-pin/remove the second support. He took his left hand and held the tubing and the slide portion of the sadd |
