| An employee was helping a coworker lower a cutting trough. The coworker attached a chain to the cutting trough and a shaker walkway overhang. The employee centered a forklift on the cutting trough and raised the forks up until they came into contact with the trough, to relieve any pressure from the saddle supports underneath.
