An employee was painting a steel fence in a rain garden/courtyard area. A vehicle backed uncontrollably from the street, jumped two curbs, pinned the employee between the car and the fence, and continued, striking a building. The employee suffered fractures to the collarbone, ribs, and a leg.

On June 22, 2021, an employee was attempting to open an elevator dump pit. When the employee stepped on a brake that was holding up a metal bar, the bar came down forcefully and struck the employee on the left side of the chest.
