| On July 14, 2015, at approximately 12:45pm, a tree trimmer suffered fractured ribs and injuries to his hip and pelvis after being run over by a Jaraff rubber tired industrial truck used for trimming trees and brush along a right of way. A three person crew was returning to work after a lunch break. The Jaraff operator climbed into the cab of the equipment and began trimming branches.
