| On July 13, 2020, at approximately 11:45 AM, an employee was in a bucket truck using a chainsaw to cut a tree. While cutting, the chainsaw got stuck, causing the tree to twist. A rope, which is used to lower the tree, swung and caught the employee around the neck. The employee was pulled from the bucket but was suspended by his fall harness.
