Two employees were operating a side-by-side UTV on a forest road and were involved in a head on collision with a pickup truck. Employee 1 suffered a compound fracture to their left femur, a laceration on their left calf, and a laceration just below the right kneecap. Employee 1 was hospitalized and required surgery.
