| An employee was making his rounds to verify the mill was shut down when he noticed a wood block lodged in the trim/block conveyor underneath the trimmer. | An employee was oiling the conveyor chains at the end of the main saw roll-case (conveyor) near the lumber backstop. When lumber from the main saw reaches the end of the roll-case conveyor near the backstop, the lumber trips a lever arm limit switch, activating a lumber sweep that pushes the lumber onto a perpendicular conveyor.
