An employee was working with two other employees, standing on a work platform, and using two chain fall hoists to remove a 2600 lb. pulley out of the active coke pellet conveyor. When the pulley was hoisted out of the conveyor slot, the weight of the conveyor changed and the pulley moved and pinched the employee's toe between the pulley and its box/container.
