He started walking through what appeared to be sawdust on the ground, but slipped and fell in what turned out to be an 11" to 12" deep mix of sawdust and lime mud. He suffered from chemical irritation and small chemical burns to his right leg.

An employee was cleaning the deck and noticed a 10' piece of angle iron in the way. The employee attempted to move the angle iron when the left side of it became wedged between concrete and a metal support. The employee was standing next to an I-beam support structure. As the employee tried to move the angle iron back and forth, he slammed his right hand between the angle iron and the I-beam, pinching his right pinky finger and amputating the fingertip.
