Employee one was electrically testing a 250-amp fuse to verify de-energization with test leads, while a second employee was holding a multi-meter. Employee one tested the probes above the fuse switch on the switch assembly, which was still energized at the time, and an arc blast occurred. Both employees received electric shocks. One employee was hospitalized.
