| Two employees were in a gated area of the holding pen at Rosendale Dairy replacing a motor and gearbox for a waste auger. The injured employee was struck by the hinged gate enclosing the auger pit when the fork from the skid steer did not clear the side of the gate. The gate was pushed into the enclosure, striking the injured employee on the forehead and causing him to fall backward and hit his head on the concrete wall. | On August 19, 2018, an employee was trying to close a stuck valve in a milk house. The valve cut the top of the employee's left ring finger, causing a fracture and a fingertip amputation. | |||||
