At about 10:40 a.m. on January 16, 2020, an employee was with a crew removing boiler panels after a demolition. He was at ground level receiving the metal panels. He was holding on to a panel, trying to position it as it was being lowered. It stopped, then came down suddenly, striking and pinning down his left foot. He suffered a deep laceration on the side of the foot, as well as broken toes. He was hospitalized.

Employee was walking between the garage and his truck, carrying an approximately 25 lb. cable reel. He slipped on the snow and fell. He drove himself to the hospital, suffered a hernia and had surgery.
