At about 10:40 a.m. on January 16, 2020, an employee was with a crew removing boiler panels after a demolition. He was at ground level receiving the metal panels. He was holding on to a panel, trying to position it as it was being lowered. It stopped, then came down suddenly, striking and pinning down his left foot.
