| Two employees were installing the top wall plate and caulking the seams of a previously erected pre-manufactured wall. One employee was in a man lift and the second employee was working from the ground. The wall fell over as a result of a sudden wind gust. The temporary supports holding the wall in place failed and the wall fell onto the man lift and struck both employees.
