An employee was tied to the bucket of a boom truck and cutting the branch of a pine tree when the branch started to fall. The employee attempted to grab the branch and contacted the saw, cutting his right hand/wrist above the thumb area. He was hospitalized. The chain saw was still running at the time of the incident.
