An employee was preparing an inflatable boat for training. He attached an air tank to the boat floor using quick-connect attachments. A rescue board was secured inside the boat. When he turned on the air tank, over-pressurization caused the floor of the boat to rupture and the rescue board to push up and shove him into the air.
