| An employee was operating a blender. Noticing that a booster pump was running, he began walking toward it to turn it off. The booster pump deadheaded, causing pressure and steam to build up in the line, and as the employee approached an 8-inch suction hose broke loose from the pump and struck him in the lower left leg.
