An employee was working on the deck of a boat being built. As she was stepping across a gap in the boat deck, she lost her balance and stepped off of the boat. Her left leg was wedged between two structural beams of the boat dolly. She continued to fall (29 inches) onto the floor while her leg remained wedged between the beams resulting in a leg fracture.
