| Two employees were repairing a grain auger that was hitched to a tractor. The tractor was turned on to make the auger rotate so the employees could ensure that the repair was complete. | On March 23, 2016, at approximately 1:30 a.m., an employee was cleaning out a vertical blender. When she opened a 10-inch x 10-inch door on the side of the blender, her right hand was caught between the side of the blender and the moving auger, amputating four fingers.
