On February 7, 2018, two employees were talking on a dock. One employee was standing (injured) and one employee was on a forklift. As the standing employee turned to walk down the dock, the other employee turned the forklift to enter the trailer. The tail swing of the forklift caught the employee who was on foot on the right ankle fracturing it.
