While adjusting the clamp, she inadvertently stepped on the foot pedal, activating the clamp and severing her right index and middle fingertips. She required surgery.

On February 20, 2015, an employee conducting preventative maintenance work on a heater was injured when the scissor lift he was standing on was struck by the structural steel beam for a gantry crane.
