An employee was standing on the top of concrete forms, which were part of the setup for the basement walls of a new house under construction. The employee was directing the flow of concrete into the forms. The hose from the concrete pumper truck moved unexpectedly as a result of a clog in the hose and knocked the employee to the ground in the interior of the basement.
