| The injured employee, a semi truck driver, left the company in Woodward to deliver a load at various locations in Oklahoma. He left Woodward around 3:00 AM to go to the site in Laverne, OK. When he got to the site, he opened the door and got a forklift truck out to unload the truck by himself. Someone came to the site later and found him on the ground.
