His lower left leg struck the shell body positioning pin, resulting in a laceration.

While transitioning onto the ladder, the injured employee lost balance and fell about 7 feet to the floor with his left leg landing on a bin cap. He was hospitalized with a compound fracture to the lower left leg.

The joint would bounce and the employee on the ground would grab and slide the tubing down the rack. While the 29th joint was being laid down, the employee's right ring finger was crushed between the tubing and the floor as the joint bounced resulting in amputation.
