On March 28, 2017, around 1:30 AM, an employee was using an air hose to clean equipment when the hose became wrapped on a steel stand. The steel stand was propping open a metal door. The employee tugged on the hose, which caused the steel stand to move and the metal door to close on and amputate the employee's left middle fingertip.
