An employee was installing a light fixture. He was shocked and fell from the 8-foot, A-frame ladder he was using, with his feet about 4 feet off the ground. When he was shocked, the ladder and he fell in opposite directions. He has some tingling in his right arm and restrictions for both arms until further evaluation.
