She suffered a laceration to the right leg, pelvic fracture, and fracture to the L5 vertebra.

Worker #2 struck worker #1 with the vehicle. Worker #1 sustained back injuries caused by the accident, which required a surgical procedure to repair the damage. Worker #1 spent one night in the hospital.
