An employee was installing conduit in the ceiling area of a new school building utilizing a 12-foot A-frame ladder. The employee's legs got caught in the ladder rungs, causing the ladder and the employee to fall. The employee struck the floor and was hospitalized with cracked ribs and lacerations to the head.
