| An employee was using a crane to move loads of pipe from the shop floor onto the shelving system in the warehouse. He noticed that one of the pipes in the load was stuck on the lip of the warehouse shelf. He climbed a step ladder and attempted to unhinge the pipe using a crowbar. When he used the crowbar, the load began to shift on the shelf and he jumped from the ladder to avoid it, landing on his left leg on the concrete shop floor.
