| At approximately 8:10 p.m., a Wood employee was engaged in opening a filter pot. He was holding a box-end wrench while another employee assisted in pushing on the wrench. The nut gave way, pinning the injured employee's left ring finger between the wrench and the filter pot. The fingertip was amputated.
