| Three employees were working on the roof of a newly constructed residential home when the brace holding up the roof over the back patio gave way and the patio roof collapsed. The employees fell 21 feet and impacted the frozen ground. All three employees sustained multiple cuts, bruises and fractures to their lower extremities, specifically their feet and legs.
