An employee was unloading product from a truck using a forklift. While stacking the product, one of the pallets fell. The employee got out of the forklift and started picking up the fallen product. When the first pallet fell it struck another stack of pallets, causing them to be unstable. The stack fell onto the employee causing multiple femur fractures.
